If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please do not return item(s) that have been washed or worn. Returned products must be in new and unused condition. Email with a complete list of all the items you would like to return or exchange. We will reply with return instructions. Skinners will exchange and ship your equally priced item(s) at NO additional charge. We will refund the cost of your order minus shipping and handling once refunded item(s) have been received by Skinners. Notification will be sent when the refund has been processed. Simply use the same shipping container for your return. Please Email Paul Stokes and let him know you're sending a return.


Skinners are guaranteed for 30 days to be free of manufacturing defects. Your original receipt is required for purchase verification.

All Skinners are carefully and individually inspected prior to shipping and are shipped free of defects. They are not guaranteed to be stain or wear proof and, although the fabric Skinners are washable, we cannot guarantee after washing, that they will look exactly as they did before washing.

We have washed these covers ourselves and are satisfied that they will continue to perform well. Please wash fabric Skinners with your delicates or, at least, wash-and-wear. DO NOT WASH LEATHER or other non-fabric Skinners.
